LeeLu first appearing in "Dobs meets LeeLu for the First Time", which was released on May 4, 2014. (Source) According to Taylor's tumblr, Leelu is a Miniature dachshund. (Source)
LeeLu, along with Dobs, appeared in Greg's "Dog Thoughts" videos as well as many others. LeeLu no longer appears in as many of Greg's videos.
