The reason that this is, is due to the potential for non-hostiles being in the area, the chance for surrender, and apprehension & just the general logic says, become aware of your enemies locations, surroundings, potential cover before you start. SWAT is not just about killing, it is about survival.<br></ins></div></td></tr>
