2007 Blog is a collection of archived 2007 blog posts from Greg's blog he maintained from 2007 to 2008. Oddly enough, he kept it on at least 3 different URLs simultaneously (onision.blog.wugame.com, blog.onision.com and onision.wordpress.com). Most of the URLs were removed, but the Wordpress remained untouched for a while. After screen shots of his blog posts began appearing on his Encyclopedia Dramatica page, he deleted the blog from Wordpress.

The text portion of this page was obtained through the 3 blog locations using the Way Back Machine. The image is from Encyclopedia Dramatica.

The Most Disturbing & Hilarious YouTube Video Ever

[Embedded video]

No One Ever Gets Famous On YouTube (Onision)

This video was a eureka moment for me… after thought in regards to the content… I’m thinking it would be a good idea to avoid watching this video however if you don’t have an extremely sick sense of humor… because this is probably the most disturbing video you will ever see…

Regardless… definitely pass the word on if you like it… in fact, email everyone you know about it! I would be forever greatful! Any feedback? Leave it below!

The Feedback I Get On My YouTube Videos

The feedback as of late has been so positive… thank you everyone, so much for your kind… kind words.

I have big plans for the future of my videos. I’m going to start uploading everything, even the crappy videos… my policy is if it isn’t just a repeat of a prior subject I’ve done, and has some value somewhere in it, I’ll post it… even if it is to the “Trash and Mistakes” category.

Thank you again everyone, your words give me hope.

To see positive feedbacks on a video that I didn’t quite think deserved it (lack in faith in myself) please check out:

This Video is Offensive, Especially for Him

I felt guilty about making this video at first… however I uploaded it regardless… then I watched it, and all the guilt went away due to my explosive laughter.

The Terrible Dreams We Had Last Night

Last night I was awoken by my wife Skye making odd, nightmare sounds. I asked her if she was ok, and if she had a nightmare, she said yes.

I told her I was also having a few nightmares (but they did not effect me quite as much). She the stated that there was likely something causing it, so we both focused on purifying the room, and just after returned to sleep.

We did not have nightmares for the rest of the night after we focused on exiling all negativity from the room… we believe something was trying to harm us.

Regardless, my dream was about my old home, I was watching the history of my grandparents as an extra. Someone was torturing one of my relatives in a horrible way. They had their rip cage exposed. No skin, no meat, just rib cage. They could feel everything, and kept screaming in pain.

The entire house had a dark cloud around it… it was a wretched place.

It was all because of one or two people, that the house was so horrible. I don’t know why the person with their rib cage exposed didn’t die… but they healed over time, and became strong so no one could torture them anymore…

That’s the only dream I recall.

An E-Mail to Someone Who Sold Me A Bootleg Windows XP Pro Disc on eBay

I’ve written you twice before and gotten no response, the item you sent me was obviously illegal. You stated you would be following eBay policy by sending it with hardware and did not, you stated it was genuine Windows XP Professional, it was not.

The software did not function on my computer (ie. would not install at all, after two attempts, and hundreds of error messages) and I could easily see that the disc was of poor quality as it had a sticker on it, instead of the common quality of a Windows disc with reflective cover & professional labeling. The disc also had air bubbles and slight burn marks underneath.

I wish an immediate refund.

Chris [...] is Ignoring Me and His Fans Aren’t Laughing

I just got back from work an hour ago, and have finished showering in a somewhat 3rd world country manner.

I logged on to my YouTube account to find a video commented on, however it wasn’t the one I was looking for.

Instead of a positive review saying “You’re right, CHRIS IS LAME!” I got “not laughing” which is funny, because this was my response to that comment: “This is a automated response to your comment. It was marked as useless and lame, which is why this comment was automated.” - I believe I am funny, and many others do as well. I realize my humor is not in the NOW and the HIP… but I really don’t care.

Most of the time, I get really excited thinking people are going to notice me, and start thinking I’m brilliant, leaving me positive comments, and basically eventually make me money so I can focus my entire life on giving back, on entertaining them back and enjoying life while doing it (however doing it right, by not using drugs, not cheating on my wife & not being a total waste of life in the process when it comes to integrity).

However, at the same moments I am looking to entertain others, I desire to make myself laugh, I want to feel good about who I am… say, this is a beautiful thing, and I’m proud to of made it…

Anyway, so if you leave negative feedback, I will quite honestly delete your comment as if it never existed. I hate negative comments right below the videos I made, and they do make me feel awful inside… I don’t know why I let it get to me.

Well… I think I might be done for now… about popularity… I made the video because of quite a few reasons — one of them was to get more popular… the other was to help people see that the guy really is sick, and… I guess I just don’t like how much he associates himself with teenagers… it’s f’ing weird. He so old.

[sighs] Regardless… I’m done, have a wonderful night world. Even you Chris [...].

Cute With Chris [...] Parody YouTube Video

One of my recent inspirations was to mock Chris [...] and his terrible ideas for what to say while on camera.

I realize I’m a hypocrite in a way and I do a couple of the things that I accuse him of (such as, telling others to stop feeling sorry for themselves when there are people starving around the world / he actually said that there were dogs that had cancer in their eyes… but, I guess we’re in the same category somehow for that) - which is why I repeatedly insult myself through the video with him riding my coat tails (along for the crazy ride)

Anyway, the guy has a zillion more hits than me, and is generally way more popular, so he really should not take offense… I just think it’s funny as I believe everything I said in those videos (as I recall right now) and I really do hope he stops making such lame videos as they are often disgusting, often, passively racist & ultimately creepy.

Regardless, go to http://www.cutewithchris.com and see what a total tool this guy is.

He’s at least 30 and he talks to teen girls all the time, it’s weird. Almost everything about this guy creeps me out.

Assassin’s Creed Review

Some other sites stated that this game was extremely lacking & one of the biggest disappointments for its time. They stated that one of the most anticipated games had flopped and failed in almost every aspect.

I wonder what it was that they were looking for.

The one flaw someone might see in this game is that the missions are all done in almost the same manner. Yes, you will have to sit on a few benches and listen to conversations. Yes, you will have to beat the same-character model over and over again throughout the game to get different information, however…

That doesn’t really matter when it’s a free-roam game which alone makes it better than 90% of the games out there which never let you do anything on your own.

Regardless, I would say this game is an 8 out of 10 overall as I really enjoy playing it, and am not fed up with it yet.

If you like killing in video games, and you have fun being on the opposite side of the law, this game is likely for you.

If you’re into lame games like, Ninja Gaiden or Virtua Fighter 5, maybe you should stick with them. Otherwise, hit this game up. It’s good.

Here’s a video review:

Dream Log: of Work

Last night’s dream was no big deal… I just dreamt of work.

Often those that are considered more important than some by the organization I work for, play pranks on those less valued… such as driving away in the middle of conversation, or pointing out their importance to win an argument…

I simply dreamt I was observing it from the other side… the side that didn’t have it done to me… of course I rarely get myself in that situation anyway…

Regardless… I think dreaming of work is a crime, as, when you’re sleeping, that is supposed to be your break from it all… and when you dream of something that isn’t… well, I might as well of been there.

I guess you could say, those are my nightmares.

Final Fantasy VII Lives Again

As a 12 year old boy, I spent most of my hours after school playing Final Fantasy VII… well, I in fact beat Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune yesterday, and at about 2pm I switched over to Final Fantasy VII for the PS1.

Now all I plan to do today is get further in the game. Right now they’re dropping the plates on Sector 7 (or was it 5?) anyway, Reno killed me the first attempt due to the Pyramid spells… but whatever.

I named Aeris “Lerlean” because I don’t like her at all, and I said I remembered her, and that she was the town drunk (yes, it is an option in the game to say that, so I did).

Aeris was picked over Cloud when he dressed up as a girl… “I’ll smash them!”

If you know what I’m talking about, you’re a true fan… if you have no idea… it is a shame you haven’t played the game very much…

I’m hoping to beat it in under 40 hours, we’ll see.

Regardless, Skye and I are off to get groceries today, I don’t plan on being very productive… maybe tomorrow I’ll make a video about the video game console wars, or a knock off that new You Tube movie with the kid alien from 3rd Rock from The Sun talking about how he has feelings. :) That would be super.

Until then.

Smile At Me And… You’ll See

Skye and I were having a debate as we were walking home today… when a girl smiles at a guy, what is his first thought?

She seems to think that men don’t commonly think that women who smile at them, have the possibility of liking them… maybe she is right, maybe I am surrounded by buffoons, and all I hear is about how this guy thinks he has a chance with a girl because she says hello to him…

Lame… [sighs] Anyway, what do you think? Do girls commonly like a guy based on whether or not they smile at them?

My vote is no, however I believe that guys think girls like them when they do… even though they do not.

New Song, New Site

I’ve recreated http://www.onemandband.com & http://music.onision.com (quite literally the same now) — Now you can click on any of my songs, and download them for free.

I’m really bored of the lack in downloads since the time I restricted none-purchaser members obtaining the songs, in other words, I’m not popular enough, and I’m not amazing enough to get my songs out there unless they are free.

I know I have talent in this field, but I just don’t see the point in charging for music, that is only heard, and not obtained, promoted, distributed…

So… until I have made a billion more songs, you shouldn’t see a fee next to them on those two sites exclusively. You can still buy them at http://www.onision.info — but honestly, why would you do that?

And to answer some of my fans questions up front, no, I don’t have a physical album that you can buy, I create my music on my computer, and have no distribution source, label, radio plays, whatever, etc.

I’m not trying to be bitter, it’s just some people think, after hearing my music, that I am some superstar, and the truth is, you have to be more than good to make it big. You have to have an image, a publicity source, funding, and a few other things I haven’t tried to obtain…

Anyway, enjoy the downloads, http://www.onemandband.com — thank you for being fans, and realize I’m pretty much an average guy who likes the sound of his own voice.

Later…

One more thing…

Another Nothing…

Things are quite hectic trying to get out of here… Korea is just around the corner…

I haven’t really posted much due to the massive lack in inspiration… I know, I keep speaking of this… it is a consistent thing that I can’t seem to get rid of.

But then again, I did make a nice song this morning, not quite done… but maybe soon…

After we finish watching “Robin Hood: Men In Tights” - awesome movie by the way…

If you haven’t seen it, and you have a sense of humor, watch it.

I’ve designed a new PSP… actually a few months ago… that I believe is a huge improvement on the last design.

It is unofficial, and unrecognized by the Sony Corp, but maybe one day they will see the beauty in it, and adopt a similar design… here’s hoping that they do.

Two Movies, One Good Day

I recently stopped by my local Target and picked up two movies for a Grrreeeat deal… (Tony The Tiger for everyone who doesn’t know that because they’re god-less)

So… I purchased “The Illusionist” and “Little Miss Sunshine” for $20.00 — I’m watching the Illusionist right now… the guy’s about to… ok, well he just shot himself in the head…

Which was probably the target… WHAR HAR HAR!

Neglect…

As of late, I’ve been neglecting pretty much everything… instead of updating my sites, I’ve been playing video games… instead of eating, or watching tv, or emailing others… video games.

But now, I neglect sleep…

Just to update this…

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion… wow. It is awesome.

Never have I been more happy to waste my time… other than Final Fantasy 7.

I Will Be Amazing… Some Day…

I’m so sick right now… not on a scale of 1 to AIDS or anything, but I sure have had this runny nose for a while now. Anyway… I don’t have too much to say, other than I swapped a computer I just bought out with another lap top that had twice the memory, and an extra 60 gigs… it’s really cool, AAFES is such a great store.

Go… And Bring Me Back One!

The following advertisement was so horrific, that I decided to make a parody… http://mir.atdmt.com/b/TUTRU1234TRU/beenieboyrevenge_v2_430×600.jpg

Geeze, it’s like dangling a piece of poop in front of someone and asking them “Aren’t you hungry right about now?”

It’s like they took the most un-pretty guy in their office and put a hat and lipstick on him… rrrg.

Searching For Some… Productivity.

I don’t want to waste my time off work… I’ve been trying to create, trying to produce… and I’m not coming up with much…

Maybe a few project files… but really, instead of doing anything productive, I lean toward meaningless things that I won’t remember doing in any way within the future…

Barg.

Some days I feel like I’m special, like I have something to offer the world… and other days… I’m about as valuable as the dirt you… everyone… walks on.

Or so I feel… [sighs] Please don’t try to counsel me on this one… it’s just one of the many emotions I feel once in a while… a simple realization that in this moment in time, I am meant to create nothing… I am meant to do… nothing.

Maybe… in the future, I will look back, and this will all mean… something.

Ha ha! [sighs]

New New New

I just purchased a new computer… for a few reasons.

My old computer…

1. …doesn’t have a working battery.

2. …had 512 memory, and not many compatable upgrade chips.

3. …was huge and heavy, good and bad.

4. …was not very mobile.

5. …often shut down due to overheating.

Other reasons to get a new computer…

1. Vista just came out, and costed quite a bit outside of buying a new computer.

2. My wife could use her own lap top, now we have two, one is now hers.

3. I often create media files that require a lot of memory.

4. I really wanted one.

So… I thought it out, and I got one…

I say, if you don’t have at least five reasons to buy something you really want that’s expesive… don’t.

It’s Where We Came From

I get a lot of recognition for my music style… that being 8-bit 1985 style quality…

I also get a lot of question as to why I make the music like I do… why such tacky sounds?

I love them… I know there is better, but sometimes that’s all I want. I appreciate where I came from, simplicity is so beautiful.

My latest songs start out extremely old school, but then transform into something beautiful…

It’s something you’ll have to check out yourself…

Also, I’ve been selling things on http://craigslist.org - the site is quite effective. I’ve gotten so many offers, it’s so crazy.

I love my music.

Oh the PAIN!

February 7th, 2007

I ran a 12:57 mile and 1 half today. (horrible) Did 60 push ups (ok) and 45 sit-ups (bad) in a minute, and then puked, and passed out in front of my car…

I didn’t feel it was safe to drive what with my state, so for fifteen minutes I laid in the grass next to a highway, and tried to recover. Standing up I realized I wasn’t better, so I sat in the front of my car, then mozied on out and laid in the back of my car for another fifteen minutes…

I think that was the worst crash I ever had… yesterday was harsh… but I did recover, and you can’t say I wasn’t trying to do my best, as I did puke, and I did become immobile for a good chunk of time afterward… am I going to push myself so hard next time? Heck no…

I don’t like the taste of stomache acid…

Hoo Plah Nothingness

February 1st, 2007

I really really wish I’d find some inspiration, but I’m not in a state where I really want to do anything… yesterday, today and tomorrow are my days off, and for once in a long while, I’m empty…

I have things to do, I even made a new song today… but even while I made it… I felt empty… [sighs]

But I did accomplish some things… I guess what I am wondering is why I feel so…

Goodbye for now.

You hate others for the love of drama.

January 27th, 2007

I was going to post something extremely long about how upset I am with two people I know, within my personal life - who are continuously trying to break my wife and I apart psychically and vocally… but I’m not going to as I believe it can only cause a greater level of drama, which is exactly what they feed on.

In fact, they probably know I’m talking about them right now, and are dialing my number just to tell me/others how wrong I am for my wife, and somehow by saying I love her every hour of the day, feeding her full of yummy food, trying to make her happy emotionally/other ways, putting a roof over her head, that in result of that I’m a bad husband.

Well misery person 1 & 2, the feeling is mutual, you are bad for her. But you don’t see that because you’re so blind to fact due to my personality that disagrees with your less-than-esteemed lifestyle.

I wish this wasn’t so negative, but it’s the best I can do for now without actually saying names, or…

[sighs] But if you had seen what I originally wrote, everyone who is within a logical mind-state would no doubt see my point of view.

My overall point is to beg of you two to leave us alone. I don’t want to hear from you anymore, and I really am tired of your (both of you) problems bleeding onto our life. I learned long ago to stop caring when I repeatedly offered it and it was just shut down repeatedly. I say I love, and you say I hate, I said “can I help?”, and you said “can I hurt?”…

I’m sure you’ll continue to call, and harass us with drama, but just know, the world as you see it is different on the other end, we’re happy alone… so happy. I love my wife so much, and you’re trying to cut us apart… both of you. For that I should say more, but I won’t.

Not now, not another moment wasted on you.

Ko, Kor, Kore, Korea…

January 27th, 2007

According to my job… I may be heading to Korea soon…

ish…

It’s that or if fit hits the shan, somewhere else… the only major downside is that I will be away from all of my loved ones for a year… or six months…

I did ask to go…

Actually, when they told me I got what I asked for… I was overwhelmed with joy… watery eyes and all…

I’m very thankful, now I get to submerge myself in another world… a lot of people live, and die, never leaving their state let alone their country… I’m so very excited.

[sighs] Oh You…

January 24th, 2007

Alright, so it has been a few days since Skye and I hung out with another couple… judging from the fact that these people were the only ones we knew that had a lifestyle that wasn’t drugged out, beered out (also known as drugged out), smoked out, ethically lacking, rude etc. and we can’t even enjoy ourselves around them as much as we do each other… I just really don’t see myself and Skye spending time with anyone in the future other than family…

It seems that everyone who isn’t blood related has something extremely wrong with them… it may not be apparent at first, like a used car, but when you get on the road with them, and get to know them, the clanks and pings begin to show, maybe not after the first few miles, but definitely after the second or third ride.

[sighs] Of course I’m sure not everyone is like this, just like all car’s that are used aren’t bad, I’m simply saying that I can’t find anyone out there who brings something new and enlightening to my life other than those who share the same gene pool…

Arrrgh… it’s really ok though I guess… Skye and I do have a lot of fun on our own, the only real reason we ever went outside the box is because I thought it would lighten their life a bit, and the guy I knew is/was really nice in the “I care about you” sense… or maybe that’s a mask, I don’t know…

A while ago, when an event forced me to live a little closer to my co-workers for a bit, two different guys began to act like and assume they were my friends… (don’t get me wrong, the guy and his wife who spent time with us are friends, and are different from those I speak of now) In separate times and sections of that trip the two brought up the question of whether or not we were friends, each in a different way. I gave one the answer that he wasn’t even an associate, because I disagreed with everything he represented (rebellion, disrespectful acts, smoking, being irresponsible, failing to care about the wellbeing of others). He became extremely offended, yet still went out and told everyone he knew that I said he and I were best friends.

I cleared it up with a girl who introduced the lie to me, and confronted him. Throughout the trip he continued to lie about various things in different ways. The other individual who introduced the friend concept I did not get along with consistently. One moment we would be friends (and I was really trying to get along with him) and the next he would take a jab at me, and act as if I was the scum of the earth. He later stated that I try to correct him “all the time”, and I informed him that I didn’t recall the moments he spoke of (he couldn’t point out any specifics either) but if I did indeed say what he suggested I had said, that it would of been to improve him as a person, and that I wouldn’t “correct” something if it wasn’t wrong. I then followed up with a question: “Even if I am correcting you as often as you say, is that a terrible thing considering you have admitted what I have suggested thus far isn’t hurting you, and may indeed be helping?”

[sighs] Other than that he had some serious issues with jokes made in his direction (really freaked out when people called him gay, a wuss, etc. I never called him a wuss as I hate the word, and don’t recall a moment when I called him gay), then had a supervisor force us to not joke around with him, as he continued to insult each of us in a less joking manner than we had him (because that’s what some stable human beings do, is joke back and fourth for fun, and even to bond). He would then leave once and a while to yell at his wife on the phone about how “I know what you’re ****ing doing with him, don’t act like you’re not!” (wow…) - and various other control-freak/paranoid-jerk statements.

With all those factors in-mind, and me getting extremely tired of him threatening to hurt me (he was all talk of course, but I really don’t like others forcing their personal instabilities on my life), I told him to step outside (calmly.) He acted as if I was going to attack him physically, and I reassured him that we would only be having a conversation.

Once he did step outside we had a one-way debate as to where we would be talking. I pointed to a semi-distant area where yelling wouldn’t be too horribly heard, and he followed (the guy looked really scared, I don’t know why he was).

We walked over, and began to talk. Starting with me asking him what his issue was with me, and why he felt the way he did. He threw a lot of my statements in the dirt, and tried to out-talk me, but instead of lying down (fortunately, though I did not anticipate such a strong response, I was able to overcome) I simply barked louder with a very impactful mention regarding to how in his actions he had violated local work ethic and could easily lose his job because of it by simply threatening me. I then followed by informing him of how out-of-line he was, and that unless he shaped up, and never uttered a word suggesting my future physical-harm again, his career would suffer.

After this had been said, he brought up the friendship subject. I then reminded him that I had been trying to get along with him, and even become his friend, (with being to what I hope others see me as an honest person, I said so bluntly) yet with his recent actions, and consistent instability (semi-oxymoron), I could never be his friend.

He had hurt feelings over it all, but never again said anything negative toward me, which was exactly what I had wanted.

My overall point in saying all of this is that I really have a hard wanting friends because I so clearly see the bold flaws in the people I see every day. Flaws are in everyone, and entirely acceptable in the right areas, and yet some are unbearable. I know that if I call certain people my friends, the quality of my life, and my future would deteriorate as those individuals are tremendously anti-progressive, and tend to thrive in their own drama/unnecessary stresses.

I see solutions to extreme problems standing in front of the people who have them, with a big sign, flashing arrows pointing to them, and it screaming to be noticed, and those people just continue to ignore them. They’re not actually looking for the solution that is the most logical, they are looking to live the way they want to, the easiest way, and by living that way their relationships, their job, their future, suffers.

I picked the person I want to be with for the rest of my life, I don’t see how anyone else could improve that, or even keep it on the same level. By spending time with others, I find that my life suffers, because I am forced to face other’s problems, and I already spoke of the circle that is their solution/problem mechanism.

Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate these people, or really believe they are hopeless. I just like my life the way it is, I want them to succeed, but I don’t see any of them in my personal life with me remaining happy.

So for those people, if you ever read this, don’t think I am saying I am better than you. I could very-well be delusional, and the one at fault. This is merely a life-decision I have made, to focus on my wife, and my family.

I don’t need, want, or see myself having friends anytime in the future. Maybe work-only friends, but that’s my limitation.

All my time, money and love will go toward the people who will forever deserve it, my wife, my family.

Today, and the stresses that followed…

January 17th, 2007

Today a significant amount of stress came about me as we spent some time with some friends of ours… who have some very different opinions on life in comparison to us.

[sighs] Some of the issues were political, moralistic… and others were just personal…

I don’t like playing games with people who change the rules in their favor, I don’t like playing games with people who will give bad advice to help them win, I don’t like playing games with people who get upset, and suggest they are not… [sighs] And continue to show such behavior on and on…

They abuse their pets, and seem so cold toward the feelings of anyone different than them (such as people of different lifestyles, outlooks on life) - and I’m barely including myself in this classification…

[sighs] Regardless, the snowy roads are still treacherous, and it seems I’m not the only one finding a major issue with the fact that Oklahoma has failed so horribly to snow-plow the roads. It would be so easy to get in a car accident and this state doesn’t seem to care.

As for the future in my social life, I don’t see myself spending time with anyone but family. Family is what is essential to me as they seem to understand the lighter side of life. I cherish them for their acceptance, and kindness to all creatures, especially witnessing the lack in those areas others express…

[sighs] Enough for tonight… I’m am growing tired.

Thank you for reading, you are appreciated.

Ice Shards of Death

January 16th, 2007

Yesterday was pretty harsh… we drove all around town, and then the highway where I had to honk my horn twice due to people not knowing which lane they were in, or where the lanes were… [sighs] A huge ice slab slid off our roof smashing into the winshield wipers when we got on the off-ramp… I had to pull over pretty much blindly…

Skye says we survived due to Karma… I hope that’s true… I really do want to be a positive contribution to society… if I could remove the parts of me that spew the common cold, negativity, I would… well… not physically of course.

I’ve started a new series on Newgrounds which wasn’t voted off, so hopefully that means some people actually liked it… the people who actually decided to review it tore me apart… so I just reminded them of Karma… did it work? Did they learn anything? That it doesn’t help anyone to tear the non-hostiles down? Here’s a couple links…

Mind Document - Episode 2 http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/359515

Are they amusing? I’m not certain myself… I know the goth piano one is… but the first is becoming annoying to even me.
